London, England – Mamma Mia the Party and Taylor Swift (part 3)

As we had had a late night at the Era’s Tour we decided to have a lie in and a late breakfast. We needed to check out of the hotel at 11am but as we were flying to Rhodes the following morning from Gatwick there was no point returning home to Gloucester. Stu was going to pick us up late afternoon with Tom and then we were staying at a Premier Inn near Gatwick.

We left our bags at the hotel and decided to visit Borough Market to try some of the food as we had seen lots of the food stands on tik tok. The market was absolutely packed – there was no where really to stand or sit so we settled for some chocolate covered strawberries. They were really good but also very expensive! We then went for a wander and had lunch in Burger and Beyond which was really peaceful and quiet.

We then went for a river walk before heading to St Paul’s Cathedral.

We did consider going round the Cathedral as I have never been inside but it was quite alot of money. Also, Izzy has sung at St Paul’s so has seen the inside so we decided to save our money!

At this point we were really tired and Stu & Tom were on their way so we returned to the hotel to collect our bags and took a train out of the city to meet up with them.
