We spent our first full day in Langkawi taking cable cars to the Sky Bridge. We then had an evening meal at 'The Hidden' on Tengah Beach.

Langkawi, Malaysia – Travel day from Singapore
After three days in Singapore we flew with Air Asia to Langkawi Island in Malaysia.
Singapore – Fort Canning Park and China Town
Our third and final day in Singapore before flying to Langkawi. We visited Little India, China Town and watched the Marina Bay Sands lights and fountain show.
Singapore – A whole day visiting Gardens by the Bay!
Day 2 in Singapore - we visited the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay. We then returned in the evening to watch the light show again!
Singapore – A Few Hours in Singapore after an 11 Hour Flight
Day 1 in Singapore. We arrived off an 11 hour flight first thing in the morning and spent the morning exploring the Jewel. After a quick nap we watched the Gardens by the Bay light show.
Tokyo, Japan – a Final Few Hours in Tokyo Before Flying Home
A final few hours in Tokyo before flying back to the UK. We visited Shinjuku and went to the top of Tokyo Skytree.
The Izu Peninsula – Lighthouses, Waterfalls and Wasabi in Rainy Season!
A day exploring the Izu Peninsula in the rain. We visited the Jogasaki Coast, Kawazu Seven Waterfalls and Joren Falls.
The Izu Peninsula, Japan – Driving from Hakone to Shuzenji
A travel day between Hakone and the Izy Peninsula. We stopped off at the Mishima Skywalk, Rakujuen Park and visited the hot springs town of Shuzenji Onsen where we sampled wasabi ice cream. We then checked into our hotel - the Marriot Izu.
Hakone, Japan – 2 nights in Hakone.
We spent two nights in an Airbnb in Hakone. We took cable cars up Mount Hakone, sailed on the pirate ship on Lake Ashi and had beautiful views of Mount Fuji.
Kyoto, Japan – Early Morning Trip to the Old Town
Our final morning in Kyoto and we visited the Higashiyama district and climbed to Kiyomizu-Dera. Next stop - Hakone.
